Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Used nail products
  • Opened nail gels
  • Opened nail polish products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact our support team at support@nailperk.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to exchange
  • The reason for the exchange
  • Photos of the product if applicable

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your exchange is approved.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, exchanges are typically processed within 3-7 business days.

You will receive an email notification when your replacement item has been shipped.
