How to Withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at our support email listed on our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your clear intention to withdraw from the purchase.
Returning Goods
You must send back the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to press-on nail sets that have been opened, worn, or are not in a resalable condition, for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.
